The potential impact and benefits of the Micro WatTs project were presented to the media on the 28th March 2019 at CNR. The main topic discussed was the successful implementation of advanced oxidation reactions (AORs) in the household, where their use will limit the wastage of fresh water. A domestic device which generates AORs will lead to the purification of greywater at the point of generation and where it can then be reused for irrigation, flushing toilets and washing floors.
