The MicroWatTs project was presented to the Sicilian public on the 27th November 2020 as part of Catania’s European Researchers’ Night activities. The activity, held online, was led by Dr Maria Antonietta Buccheri. Dr Buccheri discussed the importance of sustainable development and the strategies employed. One such strategy is the re-use of greywater. Dr Buccheri described the important role of nanomaterials in the reclamation of greywater for non-potable use.
