On the 14th of December 2018 the MicroWatTs team was invited to discuss the project at the Hello Future Seminar organised by the University Engineering Students’ Association (UESA). Sustainability and renewable energy in Malta were the topics discussed during the seminar.
The project partners took part in technology transfer sessions between the 18th and 21st September 2018 at CNR. These sessions were conducted to familiarise the partners with synthesis and testing of photocatalytic surfaces as used by CNR.
The meeting took place on the 17th of September 2018 at the Grand Hotel Baia Verde, Catania and was hosted by CNR. Prof Grech highlighted progress made during the first four months. Mitigating actions were agreed upon when difficulties were encountered.Â
